Contact
This site is a small project, and it runs on public data. If something looks wrong, we want to hear about it.
Reach us at contact@driver-reviews.com. This address is read by the people who maintain this site. There is no support queue or ticketing system behind it, so a message sent here goes directly to someone who can act on it.
What to write in
We are especially glad to hear about a source that has gone stale: a used-price range that no longer matches the market, a maintenance figure that looks off, or an Uber vehicle requirement that has changed since we last checked it. We also welcome questions about how a specific formula works, requests to add a vehicle we do not yet cover, and reports of anything on the site that is broken, unclear, or wrong. If a question is really about the arithmetic itself, the methodology page answers most of them without waiting on a reply.
Response times
This is a small operation, not a newsroom with a dedicated support desk, so replies are not instant and we cannot promise a specific turnaround time. We do read everything that comes in and try to respond within a reasonable stretch of days rather than weeks, faster for a short factual correction than for a longer question that needs research. If a message needs a source checked or a figure recalculated, expect that to take longer than a quick acknowledgment.
Other ways to reach us
Privacy-specific questions can also be sent to the same address and will be handled as described on the privacy page. We do not currently maintain a phone line, a physical mailing address for correspondence, or social media accounts tied to this site. Email is the single channel we monitor, and we would rather keep one channel working well than several working poorly.
